ARI Products are extraordinary cheeses with amazing aromas and taste and a unique texture. The special flavour and quality of these products is due to the distinctive milk of the island of Lesvos, taken from local sheep and goats grazing the island pastures, and the use of the company’s own recipes, honed to perfection over the last forty years.
